1. Who may use this site
This website is a private wholesale ordering service operated by SA Cultivation d/b/a First Chair Farms ("First Chair Farms", "we"). It is available only to Vermont cannabis establishments licensed by the Vermont Cannabis Control Board ("CCB") that are authorized to purchase cannabis at wholesale, and only to their employees and agents who are 21 years of age or older and hold a valid CCB employee identification card. By creating an account you certify that these statements are true and that you are authorized to bind the business you name.
2. Account approval and accuracy
Accounts are approved automatically when the license number you provide appears on the CCB's list of active licenses. We may hold, review, suspend or close any account at any time. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your login and for keeping your password confidential. Each account is for one licensed business.
3. Confidential pricing and availability
Wholesale prices, availability, lab results and other information shown after login are confidential business information of First Chair Farms, provided solely to enable the licensed business named on the account to purchase from us. You agree not to copy, publish, share or disclose this information to any person outside that business, and not to use it for any purpose other than purchasing from First Chair Farms.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is binding on First Chair Farms only when we confirm it. Availability shown on the site is an estimate and may change before confirmation. All items are packaged to order. Prices are as shown at the time of submission unless we notify you of a correction before confirmation, in which case you may cancel. Payment terms, delivery and transfer manifests are handled outside this site under Vermont law and CCB rules.
5. Misrepresentation and misuse
Creating an account with a license number, business name or identity that is not yours, or using this site other than as permitted here, is a material breach of these Terms. If you do so, we may immediately terminate your access, recover from you all damages we suffer together with our reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, and report the conduct to the CCB and other authorities.
6. Compliance with law
You agree to comply with all applicable Vermont laws and CCB rules in connection with any purchase, transport and resale of products ordered through this site. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell to anyone who is not a licensed Vermont cannabis establishment.
7. No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Chair Farms disclaims all warranties regarding the site and will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Product warranties, if any, are those stated on the product or required by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before placing further orders. Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Vermont, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
